Yoga at your Desk

Posted by Grace on April 24, 2014

How often have you taken a break from the computer screen to find tension in your neck and shoulders? Here’s an easy exercise to relieve that pain in your neck without leaving your desk.

Clasp your hands behind your back. Bring clasped hands to the right side of your waist, above your hip. Gently, tilt your right ear to your right shoulder and hold. This releases the tension on the left side of your neck and shoulder. To release, look down, bring your chin to chest before lifting your head.

Now repeat on the other side, bringing clasped hands to the left at your waist and tilt your head to the left. And breathe!
