Grace’s Pick of the Week is the Barefoot Yoga Grip Strap. Get a grip on your stretching with this yoga strap that features grip in the weave. Contrast gradient stripe and antique brass D-rings make sure you are improving your practice.
Grace says, “This is a prop I use quite often in my practice, e.g. dancer pose and pigeon pose. However, my favorite use of the strap is to loop it around the balls of the feet and around the top of head, legs straight up in the air. Adjust the strap so the head is supported off the floor, arms to the side. This gives a delicious stretch to the neck area, great after a day of lifting heavy boxes.”
